Should an item you ordered not be immediately available, we will contact you with anticipated delivery dates. Arrival dates of backordered items are approximate and are subject to change.

   
Payment Methods
 

PhoneSale.com accepts payment from the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard/Visa Check Cards. We also accept third party payment systems including PayPal and Google Checkout. Other forms of payment, including cash, personal checks, CODs, money orders, cashier's checks, direct wire transfers, and credit cards with international billing addresses are not accepted. We require exact U.S. billing addresses to fulfill all orders. All prices quoted on the PhoneSale.com site are quoted in U.S. currency and all orders must be transacted in the same.

Large volume orders and orders placed via open account status may include payment in the form of cashier's checks, money orders, and checks drawn from a U.S. bank. Terms for such orders are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change without notice.

   
Cell Phone Return Policy
 

All return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging with UPC code intact, in the same condition as sold, and with all literature, accessories, instructions, blank warranty cards and documentation. All cell phones must be returned in “Like New Condition” showing no signs of use and must have fewer than 20 minutes in cumulative talk time.

Defective cell phones may be sent back for repair or for a replacement item. If we are unable to supply the same item, it may only be exchanged for an equivalent product.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, including all refused and unaccepted packages.

Please allow 3-4 business days after a refund has been issued to post to your account. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to returns@PhoneSale.com and include the following information: 1) your order number, 2) date of purchase, 3) reason for return, 4) order e-mail address, and 5) a phone number where you can be contacted.

Cellular Phone Accessories Return Policy
 

Cell phone accessories may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt for a replacement or refund. All returns must be accompanied by a PhoneSale.com RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please e-mail returns@PhoneSale.com with: 1) your order number, 2) date of purchase, 3) reason for return, and 4) order e-mail address.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges of any product will be processed without an RMA number.

Returns of Non-Defective Bluetooth Headsets

Non-defective Bluetooth headset returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and such returns will be for store credit or a refund at the customer's request. Bluetooth headset returns of any type must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the original order date. To determine which products are returnable and which may be subject to a restocking fee, contact us at returns@PhoneSale.com.

* Attention: PhoneSale.com cannot accept returns of any headset that has been opened due to sanitary issues.

Warranty Policy for Cell Phone Accessories
  PhoneSale.com stands behind the quality of our products with an unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All products are warranted for one year unless specified otherwise. For warranty replacements, just ship the item back to PhoneSale.com with a note stating the specific problem(s). Warranty replacements take approximately one or two weeks to process from the date of receipt. If an item is backordered, PhoneSale.com will replace it with an equivalent product or issue an in-store credit. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, improper installation of a product, or acts of nature. Installation of any product is at your own risk. PhoneSale.com is not liable for any damages caused by our products. Damage(s) due to what PhoneSale.com deems is customer negligence is not covered under this warranty.
