Holiday Shipping Policy
Phone Sale offers multiple shipping options to ensure timely delivery of your item for the Holidays. To help save our customers more money during this Holiday season, Phone Sale offers FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. Please be advised, that such policy pertains to our standard shipping option via United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class mail.
Due to the nature of first class mail delivery, our customers who choose the free shipping option are STRONGLY ADVISED per the USPS to order AT LEAST NINE (9) SHIPPING DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER 24TH, 2011 (or Monday, December 12th, 2011) to ensure timely delivery before Christmas day. This is primarily due to unpredictability of Holiday mail volume and delivery. If it is beyond that date, and pre-Christmas day delivery is critical, it is strongly suggested that customers opt for either our low-cost FLAT-RATE Priority shipping option (approx. 3 business days), or our FLAT-RATE Express shipping option (1-2 business days).
- The last suggested pre-Christmas ordering date for FLAT-RATE Priority shipping (approx. 3 business days) is AT LEAST SIX (6) SHIPPING DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER 24TH, 2011 (or Thursday, December 15th, 2011).
- The last suggested pre-Christmas ordering date for FLAT-RATE Express shipping (1-2 business days) is AT LEAST FOUR (4) SHIPPING DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER 24TH, 2011 (or Monday, December 19th, 2011).
UPS Holiday Shipping Policy
For an additional fee, Phone Sale orders can be shipped via UPS. Orders shipped via UPS will be shipped within 1-2 business days and will be charged based on product weight and ship-to location. Tracking numbers & package tracking will be available online at UPS.com. All UPS shipments are insured up to $100.
Orders placed via UPS shipping need to be submitted by the following dates to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
- The last suggested pre-Christmas ordering date for UPS Ground (approx. 6 business days) is AT LEAST SIX (6) SHIPPING DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER 24TH, 2011 (or Thursday, December 15th, 2011).
- The last suggested pre-Christmas ordering date for UPS 3 Day Select (approx. 3 business days) is AT LEAST FIVE (5) SHIPPING DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER 24TH, 2011 (or Friday, December 16th, 2011).
- The last suggested pre-Christmas ordering date for UPS 2nd Day Air (approx. 2 business days) is AT LEAST THREE (3) SHIPPING DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER 24TH, 2011 (or Tuesday, December 20st, 2011).
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Regardless of shipping option, PhoneSale.com does not under any circumstance expressly warrant or guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. PhoneSale.com does guarantee timely processing and fulfillment of all IN-STOCK items upon placement of order (usually within 24-48 hours). Upon fulfillment out of our warehouse, it is the obligation of the United States Postal Service for timely delivery of shipment in which the above suggested delivery times apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to acknowledge and adhere to the above policy before placing their order.

orders take 24-48 business hours to process and delivery time for First Class

PhoneSale.com is committed to offering the lowest prices and most accurate product information available to our customers. Due to our low prices and the rapid turnover of many high-demand items presented on our site and the limited inventory we have available on-hand, the listing of a particular item or accessory does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.
If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to contact you immediately to provide a status update on that particular item. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control and are subject to change.

PhoneSale.com accepts payment via the following authorized credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Mastercard/Visa Check Cards. We also accept 3rd party payment systems including PayPal and Google Checkout. We do not accept cash, personal checks, CODs, money orders, cashier's checks, or direct wire transfers. Please be advised that we require EXACT U.S. billing addresses in order to fulfill all orders. Credit cards with international billing addresses cannot be accepted. All prices quoted on the PhoneSale.com site are quoted in U.S. currency and all orders must be transacted in the same.
For large volume orders and orders placed via open account status, acceptable forms of payment may also include checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Terms of payment for large volume orders are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change without notice.

Cell Phone Return Policy |

All return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature, accessories, instructions, blank warranty cards and documentation. All phones must be returned in “Like New Condition” showing no signs of use and must have fewer than 25 minutes in total cumulative talk time.
If an item is defective it may only be exchanged with an equivalent product if we are unable to supply the same item or if the item cannot be repaired. Any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, including all refused and unaccepted packages.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please allow 3-4 business days for refunds to post to your account from the time the refund is issued. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to: returns@PhoneSale.com

Cellular Phone Accessories Return Policy |

If you are not happy with a cell phone accessory, you may return the item for REPLACEMENT OR REFUND within thirty (30) days of receipt. Contact us at: returns@PhoneSale.com
All returns must be accompanied by a PhoneSale.com RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to: returns@PhoneSale.com
Be sure to include the following information:

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RMA number.This return policy is only applicable to return requests for cellular phone accessories.
Non-Defective Bluetooth Returns
NON-DEFECTIVE Bluetooth returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and such returns will be for store credit or refund at the customer's request. Refunds are only available for order within 30 days of original order date. Please contact us at returns@PhoneSale.comif you have questions about which products are returnable and which products may be subject to a restocking fee.
* PLEASE NOTE: Due to sanitary issues with Bluetooth headsets PhoneSale.com Inc. does not accept returns on headset products which have been opened.

PhoneSale.com stands behind the quality of our products with an iron-clad 100% Quality Assurance Guarantee. All products are warranted for one year unless specified otherwise. For warranty replacements, simply ship the item back to PhoneSale.com with a note stating the specific problem(s). Warranty replacements take approximately 1-2 weeks to process from the date of receipt. If PhoneSale.com is out-of-stock on the item, PhonesSale.com will replace it with an equivalent product or issue an in-store credit. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or improper installation of a product or acts of nature. PLEASE NOTE: Installation of any of our products is at your own risk. PhoneSale.com is not liable for any damages caused by our products. Damage(s) due to what PhoneSale.com deems customer negligence is not covered under this warranty.
