Products and Pricing
We currently carry over two hundred models of locked and unlocked cell phones. All are brand new unless otherwise noted in the title as being factory refurbished. I've personally added most of the cell phones on our site and pull information either directly from the manufacturer's website or from other reliable cell phone resources. We only purchase cell phones from authorized dealers which means none of our merchandise comes from the black market...a problem that you'd undoubtedly run into if you buy phones from craigslist or eBay. We do our very best to keep our prices competitive with other online retailers, sometimes selling phones at a loss. I periodically do a price comparison with other sites and adjust prices down when necessary.

Customer Service
Our customer service team is available five days a week to answer e-mail queries about specific cell phones or the service we provide. Though turnaround on those e-mails are very quick, I encourage shoppers to fan us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter and ask questions/make comments there because I personally maintain these accounts, am very knowledgeable about our operation and cell phones in general, and will likely be able to get back to you within a few hours (I check on our Facebook/Twitter at home after work and a few times on the weekends). Our general FAQ regarding our site and ordering is informative, as is our technical FAQ which directly addresses questions many people have about unlocked cell phones.

Shipping
Orders typically ship out within 48 business hours of being placed. All orders are shipped free via USPS First Class and faster delivery services are available at a flat rate.

Free Stuff
In an effort to increase awareness and inspire some confidence, I've been giving away free car chargers to Facebook fans and Twitter followers who RT @buycellphones. I've shipped out almost 50 chargers and still have more love to give. We'll also be running other promotions and giveaways, so stay tuned. (:
